SpanishInterpreterTampa.com is operated by 9 One 9ers Vision LLC (DBA SpanishInterpreterTampa.com), a SAM.gov registered business (CAGE: 9TD46) led by Omar Arteaga, a native bilingual interpreter holding Federal Tier II Public Trust clearance. We provide consecutive Spanish interpretation for USCIS interviews, asylum and credible fear cases, and remote (OPI/VRI) interpretation throughout Florida.
We collect information in three ways:
We understand that asylum, credible fear, and immigration case details can be deeply personal — they may reveal your country of origin, legal status, or the basis of your claim. We treat this information with the same confidentiality our federal contract work requires. It is used solely to prepare for and deliver the interpretation service you requested — never for marketing, and never shared with anyone outside coordinating your appointment.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with law firms, government agencies, or marketing lists, except at your own request or as required by law.
We use Formspree to process both the homepage and booking forms, and Stripe to process the online deposit — both under their own privacy policies. In-person balance payments made via Zelle or Cash App are verified directly in those apps and are subject to their own privacy practices. Our WhatsApp button connects you to Meta's WhatsApp service, subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy once a conversation begins there. We use Google Analytics only on public informational pages (not the booking form, as explained above).
Our homepage uses Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid) to measure general traffic. The booking form places no tracking cookies. Your browser may store minimal technical data needed for the site to function properly.
We retain your booking information only as long as needed to coordinate and deliver the service, plus a reasonable period afterward for basic business record-keeping. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, contact us using the details below.
You may ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it from our records (except what we must retain for legal or accounting purposes). Reach out by WhatsApp or phone to make this request.
Our services are intended for adults handling immigration matters. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
