This page explains what SpanishInterpreterTampa.com is, what it isn't, and the terms that apply when you book an interpreter.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of spanishinterpretertampa.com (the "Site") and any interpretation service booked through it, operated by 9 One 9ers Vision LLC DBA SpanishInterpreterTampa.com ("we," "us"). By using the Site or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
We provide professional consecutive Spanish interpretation for USCIS interviews, asylum and credible fear cases, adjustment of status, naturalization, and green card interviews, delivered onsite in the Tampa Bay area or remotely (OPI/VRI) throughout Florida. Our role is strictly that of interpreter: accurately conveying what is said, in both languages.
We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Interpretation and language-support services are provided for communication purposes only. We do not advise on legal strategy, complete immigration forms on your behalf, or represent your case before USCIS, DHS, an immigration judge, or any other authority. For legal advice, consult a licensed immigration attorney.
Booking deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment for OPI/VRI (remote) sessions, or within 48 hours of the appointment for in-person sessions. If you cancel or reschedule outside those windows, your deposit transfers to the new date at no additional charge. If USCIS reschedules your interview, your deposit transfers automatically to the new date at no charge, regardless of when the change is communicated.
Outside of these two situations, deposits and payments already made are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
Online deposits are processed securely through Stripe. Balances may be paid in person by cash, Zelle, or Cash App; in-person Zelle or Cash App payments are verified directly in-app before the service begins.
We understand your case details may be sensitive. Information you share to prepare for interpretation (case type, appointment details, etc.) is used solely to deliver the service you booked and is not shared with anyone outside that coordination. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We do not guarantee the outcome of any interview, application, or immigration case. Our federal experience and documented track record reduce the risk of communication errors, but the final decision on any immigration matter rests solely with USCIS, DHS, the Department of Justice, or other competent authority.
SpanishInterpreterTampa.com / 9 One 9ers Vision LLC is SAM.gov registered (CAGE: 9TD46) and holds Federal Tier II Public Trust clearance, with active interpretation contracts including DHS-ICE (via Lionbridge Technologies), FEMA (via SOSi International), and DOJ (via Manpower/Experis). These credentials reflect our capacity and track record as an interpretation provider. A booking made by you through this Site is a private commercial service between you and us, and does not imply or constitute a relationship, sponsorship, or endorsement by USCIS, DHS, or any government agency.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpanishInterpreterTampa.com and 9 One 9ers Vision LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including adverse outcomes in an immigration proceeding. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
The booking form is processed through Formspree, and the deposit is processed through Stripe; both are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for technical failures of these third-party providers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms as our services change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
